Exchange Policy

Exchanges (even on embroidered items) for quality issues and/or sizes will only be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of garments. The garments must still have their original tags and must not have been worn or washed.

Items may be exchanged for size of the same style only. One free exchange per garment.

An exchange form and a return shipping label will be included in the original order. Please follow the step by step process to expedite the exchange process.

Please allow 10 – 12 business days to receive the new exchanged garments.

Add items to your wish list at any time so you can remember your favorite scrub top.

Order History

Starting July 2016, you may now look up your order history and re-print a Sales Order copy at any time.

Production Time

Normal Production time is 10-15 business days.

Returns

There is a no return policy, however, we will be glad to exchange a same style for a different size. Please contact LIZard Support if there are additional questions.

Shipping

All items will be delivered UPS or USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once the items have shipped from the warehouse. You can also find your tracking information under “My Account” tab – “My Orders”. Click on the specific order number and a tracking number will show on the right hand side.

Payment Options

Payroll Deduction

  • Full time is allowed 150 per pay period.
  • Part Time is allowed 75 per pay period.
  • PRN’s do not have a payroll deduction option.
  • The full amount that was designated to payroll deduction will come out of the following paycheck.

Credit Card

You may use a credit card if you do not want to use payroll deduction. The credit card will be authorized at the time of purchase and it will process (funds will be taken out of your account) at the time of shipment. Please make sure the funds are still available or it may result in a failed payment which will delay the shipping of your order.

Split Payments: **New Feature**

You now have the option to choose the amount of what you’d like to come out of payroll deduction. (splitting between payroll deduction and credit card). On the final page of the ordering process, please click on the payroll deduction amount and click Edit. The remainder can be paid by credit card if you want to split the payments.
